This facility is Joint Commission Accredited and specializes in pediatric services. The NICU operates as a Level 3 unit with 34 beds and provides care for critically ill newborns. Patient ratios vary between 1:1, 2:1, and 3:1 depending on patient acuity. The ideal candidate will be compassionate and have strong communication skills. Flexibility is required, as there may be a need to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility. This position may require participation in weekend call coverage. The work environment is supportive, fostering professional growth and development. Candidates should be prepared to engage with a diverse patient population.
