Warehouse & Logistics Lead

We develop and manufacture innovative 3D printing materials that help customers around the world create everything from functional prototypes to end-use products. Following our continued international growth, we've recently opened our second production facility in Austin, Texas . As our US operation continues to expand, we're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Lead who wants to play a key role in building our warehouse and logistics organization from the ground up. What makes this role unique? This isn't a traditional warehouse management position where you'll spend your day behind a desk. As one of the first logistics professionals in our US facility, you'll be fully involved in the day-to-day logistical operation. You'll receive incoming goods, manage inventory, pick and pack customer orders, load and unload trucks, coordinate shipments and ensure production always has the right materials available. At the same time, you'll help design smarter warehouse processes and lay the foundation for future growth. As colorFabb Inc. expands, this role will naturally evolve into a leadership position with responsibility for a growing warehouse team. What you'll be doing Receiving, storing and organizing incoming materials Picking, packing and shipping customer orders Loading and unloading trucks using warehouse equipment Managing inventory in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Coordinating domestic and international shipments Supporting production with timely material supply Improving warehouse layout, processes and efficiency Helping build the future warehouse organization What we're looking for 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with ERP systems (Business Central is a plus) A proactive, hands-on mindset Someone who enjoys taking ownership and improving processes Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one Why colorFabb?
