Responsibilities of the Recruiter Focus on the Hedge Fund and Financial Services Industry Engage in daily interaction with candidates and clients, execute searches, and manage marketing efforts Oversee the entire recruitment cycle: identifying suitable candidates, conducting behavioral and technical screenings via phone and in-person, reference checks, negotiating job offers, and supporting candidates post-hire Identify candidates and clients through creative sourcing techniques, including warm canvassing, referrals, media leads, database mining, industry research, online and social networking, and industry events Perform research on companies, industry trends, and job functions to aid candidate identification The compensation for this role can be substantial.
