Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests; present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Handle payment transactions and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent guest service
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Experience as server in an upscale restaurant environment helpful
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Familiarity with bar service requirements
• Customer service-oriented with positive, friendly demeanor
• Team player
• Proficient in conversational English
