Project Manager – Residential Exterior Remodeling Presidential Exteriors — Fairfax, VA (in-person role) Salary: $45,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience + performance incentives Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities Conduct accurate field measurements for roofing, siding, and window projects Manage multiple remodeling projects at once, from materials to installation Coordinate with homeowners, suppliers, and installation teams to keep everything on track Track progress, budgets, and timelines to keep projects moving efficiently Solve problems quickly and keep communication flowing across every team Maintain detailed project documentation and deliver an exceptional customer experience every time Qualifications A valid driver's license and comfort driving between job sites Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail and time management A positive attitude and confidence to lead Tech-savvy with Google Workspace and project management tools Experience in construction, project coordination, or remodeling is a plus; if you are eager to learn, we will train Benefits Competitive pay: $45,000 – $80,000 per year + performance incentives 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Up to 4 weeks of paid time off, plus paid holidays Paid parental leave and a wellness program Company truck provided for fieldwork Incentive programs, company events, and career advancement opportunities Schedule & Location Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays Based in Virginia — in-person role Presidential Exteriors is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
