Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Sierra Vista, AZ Serve the Church by providing entry-level administrative support to leaders and functional teams. This role involves advising, facilitating communication, and ensuring efficient operation of office functions. Responsibilities Prepare memoranda, documents, reports, spreadsheets (including charts and graphs), and presentations using a wide range of software and platforms. Collect and compile data. Take meeting minutes. Schedule meetings and appointments and maintain calendars using computer applications. Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls and take messages as needed. Receive and sort mail and correspondence. Operate standard office equipment such as copy machines. Order office supplies. Maintain office files. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Beginning to working knowledge of administrative support. Key Skills Communicate professionally in writing and verbally. Utilize Microsoft Office and other software at a developing level to schedule appointments, modify spreadsheets, and update documents. Operate and maintain standard office equipment. Problem‑solve and resolve basic conflicts and problems. Organize and prioritize work and needs. Understand and follow instructions. Interact with others in a productive and professional manner. Work with discretion, confidentiality, and integrity. Meet physical requirements such as sitting for long periods, moving around the office, and using computer monitors and equipment.
