The journey toward better continues.Everlane is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. Reporting into the Creative Director, you will help bring the Everlane brand to life across digital, retail, and marketing channels while maintaining a consistent, elevated visual identity.Your day-to-day:Design and produce creative assets across email, website, paid social, digital marketing, packaging, and retail channels.Partner with the Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriters, and Marketing teams to develop and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.Translate creative concepts into polished, customer-facing assets while maintaining brand consistency.Assist in concept development, mood boards, presentations, and campaign planning.Prepare final production-ready files for digital and print applications.Contribute to the evolution of Everlane's visual identity through thoughtful design and creative problem-solving.Stay current on design trends, fashion, culture, and emerging creative technologies.We'd love to hear from you if you have:5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital design, typography, layout, and art direction.Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience designing for email, web, social media, and performance marketing channels.Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand systems.Experience working within cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.The Fine Print:LA: This is a full-time role based in our Los Angeles Creative Studio located in the Arts District. We are on a hybrid schedule, with at least three days in the office per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays.California Residents: At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The annual compensation range for this role is $76,000 - $120,000. This range is based on the Los Angeles geographic area and the actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
