AWS Certified Welder
5+ Years experience working in a full service fabrication facility with or without a crew.
Management or Leadership positions available for the right person.
The successful candidate will be a high performance individual with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example. Our products are all custom so we are not a production welding shop.
Requirements:
AWS D1.1 Certification mandatory.
Ability to read engineering and construction drawings.
CNC Plasma knowledge.
Willingness to learn.
Self directed and deadline oriented.
Attention to detail.
Positive attitude.
Good communications.
Ability to work well with others.
Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.
Industrial Shadeports is a 30+ year old manufacturer and installer of Shade Structures and Shade Sails We perform all aspects of design, manufacture, supply, and installation out of our Fort Lauderdale facility.

A clean valid drivers license is required.
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
