Hiring now for our September 1 launch! Emerald Transportation & Logistics LLC is seeking dependable, safety-focused adults for full-time Delivery Driver positions near Solon, OH. You'll receive a company vehicle, uniform, benefits, and the support needed to succeed. No CDL is required.

About Emerald Transportation & Logistics LLC

We are a new Delivery Service Partner (DSP) led by an owner who started as a driver in 2020, advanced to dispatcher and operations manager, and now owns the company. We understand the job because we have done it. Our safety-focused team operates from 43500 Victory Pkwy, Solon, OH 44139 , serving Cuyahoga County.

Pay and Benefits

• $22.75 per hour , paid biweekly

• Paid training

• SIGN ON BONUS

  $200 at 30 days 

  $200 at 60 days 

  $200 at 90 days

• Company vehicle and uniform provided

• No CDL needed

• Full-time: four 10-hour shifts

• One weekend day required

• Approximately 11:30 a.m. till route completion

What you'll do

• Safely deliver and handle packages on time

• Complete daily vehicle safety inspections

• Follow traffic laws and company safety policies

• Use a smartphone for GPS, package scanning, timekeeping, and team communication

What you need

• At least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver's license in the state of employment

• Willing to submit to employer-paid background and MVR

• Willing to consent to a rapid 4-panel drug test; pre-employment marijuana testing is not included
