Role Description The Dental Front Office Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care at our Virginia Beach, VA office. This is a full-time, on-site position. Responsibilities include managing appointment schedules, communicating treatment plans, verifying patient insurance, assisting with payments and billing, and supporting the office team with administrative tasks. As the first point of contact, the Treatment Coordinator fosters a welcoming environment, ensuring patients are comfortable and informed about their dental care journey. Qualifications Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Customer Service, ensuring effective and friendly communication with patients. Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties, including maintaining an organized schedule and handling patient check-ins and check-outs. Experience with Office Administration and familiarity with billing, insurance verification, and maintaining accurate records. Excellent interpersonal skills, including professionalism, empathy, and the ability to build trust with patients. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a dental or medical office setting is a plus.
