As a Procurement Data Coordinator, you are the steady hand behind smooth operations. Your day blends precise data entry, organized project support, and hands-on purchase order processing so teams get what they need—on time and accurately.

A Day in the Role

• Start your morning by validating incoming data, updating records, and clearing priority queues to ensure information is current and accurate.
• Midday brings collaboration with project teams—tracking timelines, assembling materials, organizing files, and confirming resources are in place.
• Afternoons often focus on procurement—creating, processing, and monitoring purchase orders; checking vendor confirmations; and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Before wrap-up , you compile reports and deliver concise updates to management while confirming compliance with internal procedures and policies.

What You’ll Own

• Accurate, timely data entry with well-structured, up-to-date records
• Coordination and tracking of project tasks, schedules, and documentation
• Preparation of project materials and meticulous file organization
• Creation, processing, and tracking of purchase orders to drive on-time procurement
• Clear communication with vendors and internal partners to resolve issues and verify order accuracy
• Maintenance of purchasing, project, and operations documentation
• Report generation and management updates as needed
• Adherence to company procedures and policy standards

What You Bring
