Responsibilities Own a pivotal function in growing the TikTok Shop affiliate programs for brands including Grande Cosmetics and FlutterHabit. Scale creator partnerships to drive brand awareness and revenue. Collaborate with visionary leaders and cross-functional teams. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong project management and organizational skills. Coordinate with external partners and ensure effective creator outreach and affiliate messaging. Support performance tracking, analytics, and reporting in an affiliate marketing context. Maintain a proactive mindset and creative problem-solving approach. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social commerce, affiliate marketing, or digital marketing. Hands-on experience working with TikTok Shop and solid understanding of the creator economy. F Familiarity with influencer or affiliate platforms (Euka experience a strong plus). Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent written communication skills for creator outreach and affiliate messaging. Demonstrated ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Experience in the beauty industry or with beauty brands highly preferred. Proactive mindset and creative problem-solving skills. Comfort with performance tracking, analytics, and reporting in an affiliate marketing context.
