This is a hands-on, production-focused role for an early-career designer who is comfortable working within established templates, technical guidelines, and brand standards. What You’ll Do Create and update embroidery placement artwork for apparel, accessories, and related product categories. Apply approved icons, typography, and artwork to pre-built placement templates. Follow established embroidery placement standards, production specifications, and technical guidelines. Prepare accurate, organized production files for internal review, sampling, and execution. Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining consistency across styles. Track assigned styles and deliver work accurately against project deadlines. Partner with Design and cross-functional teams to resolve placement and production questions. What You Bring 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, apparel production design, or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator. Strong attention to detail, file organization, and production accuracy. Comfort working within established templates, systems, and brand guidelines. Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive production work with care and consistency. Strong communication, time-management, and collaboration skills. Apparel, embroidery, or production experience is preferred but not required. Contract Details Part-time freelance contract, approximately 20–25 hours per week.
