Stay Sojo Furnished Living provides furnished corporate apartments nationwide and has a great opportunity for a Guest Services Attendant in Glendale, AZ. In this position you will be delivering exceptional guest services to in-house guests. As well as conducting quality inspections of units between guests and monitoring the property on a routine basis.Must be able to work overnight hours between 11PM -7AMWhat you haveHigh School Diploma or Equivalent1+ years operations, housekeeping and/or customer service experience in a similar field of workExceptional customer service skillsHigh emotional intelligenceGenuine desire to help othersExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guestsBilingual a plusWhat you’ll doMaintain friendly and welcoming attitude towards guestsMaintain professional relationship with guests, clients, vendors and all staff.On the overnight shift, you will be responsible for ensuring each guest has checked out with the Stay Sojo team member (You) before departing. You must collect signatures and keys from each guest and inform the appropriate party should anyone lose their keys.Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely mannerInspect units upon checkout for cleanliness and condition of furnishings between guests. Supply unit with additional guest supplies when necessary.Monitor the property during stated coverage hours, including evenings and weekends to ensure a quiet and peaceful environment for all residentsThis position may require involvement in special projects and initiatives as they arise.
