Position Overview

As an In-Market D2D Sales Representative , you'll be responsible for managing the entire sales process from prospecting to project completion. You'll work directly with homeowners, identify roofing needs, provide inspections, educate customers on available solutions, and help them navigate the insurance restoration process when applicable.

This is not an appointment-setting role. You will own the complete customer journey and be rewarded for your ability to generate business and close sales.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect residential neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach

• Build trust and rapport with homeowners

• Generate qualified leads and schedule roof inspections

• Conduct property evaluations and identify roofing needs

• Educate homeowners on repair, replacement, and restoration options

• Assist customers with insurance claim-related roofing projects when applicable

• Present customized roofing solutions and project proposals

• Manage projects from initial consultation through contract signing

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions

• Follow up consistently to maximize conversion opportunities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals

• Generate referrals and repeat business through exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales, roofing sales, home improvement sales, insurance restoration sales, or outside sales preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated and goal-oriented mindset

• Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners

• Self-starter with strong time management skills

• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging customers face-to-face

• Strong follow-up and closing abilities

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
