Commissions Processor/Accounts Receivable

Our company is seeking a Commissions Processor / Accounts Receivables Clerk to process agent commission payments, manage Earnest Money transactions, and build strong rapport with agents and managers. You will ensure data integrity by reconciling accounts, auditing transactions for accuracy, and performing essential administrative and data entry duties.
Responsibilities:
- Commission & Payment Processing: Efficiently calculate and disburse agent payments for closed sales and execute bi-monthly credit card transactions.
- Escrow & Earnest Money Management: Securely process Earnest Money deposits, distribute official transaction confirmations, and manage client refunds in compliance with guidelines.
- Cash Management: Record, track, and deposit check payments for all daily business transactions.
- Financial Reconciliation & Auditing: Perform daily transaction audits to verify data accuracy, reconcile ledger accounts, and proactively resolve financial discrepancies.
- Agent Communication: Collaborate directly with agents to confirm required paperwork, verify transaction details, and ensure all information is accurate prior to processing.
- Reporting & Administration: Generate and print financial reports upon management request and handle routine data entry and office administration tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of basic accounting
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and highly detail-oriented
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to build strong rapport and collaborative relationships with agents and managers
- Proficiency in accounting software and digital transaction systems (GP, Acumatica, and Profit Power)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word) and a high level of numerical accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of integrity when handling sensitive financial data
