Summer Private Debt Intern: LBO Modeling & Diligence
Principal Financial Group
Principal Asset Management, a subsidiary of Principal Financial group, invites interns to join the Lower Middle Market Direct Lending platform for Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience on live transactions (LBOs, refinancings) across sectors, aiding in due diligence, underwriting, execution, and portfolio monitoring. You will work with Senior Underwriters, build financial models, assess deal terms, and contribute to investment materials while exploring real-world private debt investing #J-18808-Ljbffr Principal Financial Group
