Our Hospitality Group is seeking a distinguished and imaginative leader to help lead our talented and passionate staff, set quality standards, and inspire the staff at our Tampa area outposts.
This job is ideal for a people person who understands hospitality ...to the guests and staff !.
We offer multi-concept, hospitality driven restaurants that are centered around scratch made quality food and drink that doesn’t break the bank.

The ideal candidate will have proven yourself as a talented manager who has demonstrated the ability to lead and show genuine hospitality.
You have done this in a superior-quality, high-volume restaurant environment. You know what people want and you are looking to work with a creative powerhouse, and together, win over the hearts of guests. You also understand the business challenges that are key to running a successful high performing restaurant.
You’re restless. Never satisfied with what was or what is, you’re always exploring the big, beautiful and fun world of hospitality, and applying that experience and inspiration to your work. Your desire is to have that perfect shift, that more efficient procedure for your staff, that more engaging experience for your guest, and to challenge the status quo...without being an insufferable prima donna.
Bottom line: Your shift just runs better, you and your crew are happy to work in a restaurant that people want, looks cool and tastes awesome.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in highly successful restaurants.
Proven track record with developing, mentoring and coaching a team.
Strong eye for talent
Exceptional work ethic
Integrity that inspires trust in others
Job Duties
Standard management duties
REQUIRES 2-3 CLOSING SHIFTS
Oversee, mentor, train other front of the house staff
Win over the heart of the employees and guests with your hospitality genius
Grow restaurant profitability and brand
