Part-Time Nurse - Caregiver Mentor

Caregiver Mentor Registered Nurse (RN)Make a Difference. Mentor Others. Help Keep Seniors Safe at Home.We're seeking a compassionate, organized, and people-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Caregiver Mentor. This non-clinical, part-time role supports our home care team by conducting client assessments, training caregivers, and ensuring quality care for seniors in the community.If you enjoy teaching, mentoring, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to meet you!What You'll Do:Available to work in the office and be available to be out in the field. Conduct in-home, non-medical client assessments and update care plansTrain caregivers on safe techniques, including transfers, gait belt use, and Hoyer lift operation using our Center of Excellence training room.Perform periodic quality assurance visits and caregiver skills assessmentsAssign additional training's to caregivers as neededServe as a trusted resource for non-clinical client care concernsMaintain accurate records of assessments, training sessions, and evaluationsWhat We're Looking For:Active RN license in FloridaCPR CardDrivers License; Car, Car insuranceThis position requires Level 2 background screening through Florida's Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.Strong communication, teaching, and mentoring skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactivePassion for making a difference and supporting caregivers in their rolesWillingness to travel locally for client visits (mileage reimbursement provided)What We Offer:Flexible part-time schedule: Availability 2-3 days a weekSupportive, mission-driven teamOpportunities for professional growthA rewarding role making a positive impact in the lives of local seniorsWork Location: In person
