We are partnering with a school district in the Vista, CA area that is seeking before school and afterschool paraprofessionals for the 2026–2027 school year. These are part-time opportunities in a supportive educational environment focused on helping students achieve academic, behavioral, and developmental success.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred
Experience working with children or students in an educational setting preferred
Ability to support students with diverse learning needs
Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
Flexible and collaborative approach to working with teachers and staff

Responsibilities:

Support classroom instruction under the direction of certified staff
Assist students individually or in small groups with academic and behavioral needs
Help implement accommodations and support student engagement
Supervise students in classroom and school settings as needed
Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote a positive learning environment
