Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CDL A Truck Driver role based in Hayden, ID. The CDL A Truck Driver is responsible for safely transporting building materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites, following all federal, state, and local regulations. Daily tasks include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing loads according to safety standards, and maintaining accurate delivery logs and documentation. The driver will coordinate with project managers and crews on delivery schedules, assist with unloading materials as needed, and keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and in good working order. The role also involves adhering to company safety policies, representing the company professionally with customers and partners, and supporting efficient construction operations through timely, reliable deliveries. Qualifications Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record and demonstrated experience operating commercial trucks. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and safe loading, securing, and unloading practices. Ability to conduct thorough vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and perform basic troubleshooting on the road. Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with dispatch, project managers, and on-site crews. Physical ability to handle materials, climb in and out of vehicles, and work in varying outdoor conditions on job sites. Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and customer service in all driving and delivery activities. Experience in construction or building materials transport is preferred; familiarity with post frame structures is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial; willingness to participate in ongoing training and certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
