Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Make occasional outbound calls to follow up with clients and provide proactive service. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within the agency management system. Build strong relationships by delivering knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service. Stay current on insurance products, coverage options, and company guidelines. Requirements What We're Looking For Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License (required). Previous insurance customer service experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
