How You'll Make an Impact in This Role

• Deliver personalized physical therapy interventions under a professional plan of care to help patients regain their independence and mobility
• Execute specialized therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's unique needs to ensure the highest quality of recovery and safety
• Document patient care journeys with precision to maintain accurate, high-quality records that support seamless clinical transitions
• Collaborate with and coordinate the activities of support personnel and students to foster a cohesive, efficient, and educational team environment.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
