Role Description This is a limited‑term/part‑time, hybrid Registered Dietitian role located in Waukesha, WI. The Registered Dietitian will provide medical nutrition therapy and as needed nutritional counseling to individuals including assessment, care planning, and ongoing evaluation. Responsibilities include conducting nutrition assessments, and educating clients on evidence‑based nutrition practices for chronic disease management, weight management, and overall health. The role will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members, including nurses, social workers, and other health professionals, to coordinate care and support person‑centered service plans. The Registered Dietitian will also maintain accurate documentation, participate in quality improvement activities, and contribute to educational initiatives as needed. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Dietetics and Nutrition, including current evidence‑based guidelines and best practices. Proficiency in Nutritional Counseling and Weight Management to support behavior change and health promotion. Experience providing Medical Nutrition Therapy in clinical, community, or public health settings. Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team and communicate clearly with clients, families, and colleagues. Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential or eligibility, with applicable state licensure in Wisconsin or ability to obtain. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a closely related field from an accredited program. Strong documentation, organization, and time‑management skills, with proficiency in basic computer and electronic health record systems.
