The Impact You'll Make
As our Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners. Your presence will shape their first impression, and your organizational skills will keep our office running like clockwork. You’ll be the bridge between our team and the outside world—making sure every call, email, and visitor feels valued and cared for.
What You'll Do
- Greet visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel welcome and informed.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing them to the right person.
- Maintain a tidy, organized reception area that reflects our agency and values.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, policy modifications, and document preparation.
