In-Home Case Manager I: Youth & Family Services
SAFY
SAFY is seeking a full-time Case Manager I in the Columbus, OH area to manage a caseload of foster youth and their homes. You will travel daily to provide in-home, community-based services, coordinating with families, foster parents, and county agencies to promote successful outcomes.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field, potential licensure, and at least two years of relevant experience. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are essential.
