Machine Operator Assistant | 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist machine operators with daily production tasks 

• Use hand tools to perform deburring, cutting, and sawing of materials 

• Support material preparation and finishing processes 

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met 

• Follow detailed work instructions and supervisor direction closely 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area 

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment 

• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned 

Schedule 

• 1st Shift 

• Monday through Friday 

• 7am-3:30pm 

Pay 

• $19.50 per hour 

Requirements 

• Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred 

• Comfortable using hand tools such as grinders, saws, or deburring tools 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail 

• Ability to take direction and follow instructions accurately 

• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly 

• Basic math and measurement skills 

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
