Job Description

A manufacturer of quality plastic components is seeking a detail-oriented Packaging Technician to support production, inspection, and packaging operations. In this role, you will monitor production machines, inspect small plastic parts, and package finished products according to customer specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in quality work, can manage multiple priorities, and wants to grow in a professional manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor production machines to ensure they are running smoothly and alert the appropriate Machine Operator when issues arise
• Visually and manually inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met
• Work with production and quality departments to meet production demands while maintaining quality integrity
• Package manufactured items according to customer specifications

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Above-average concern for quality and attention to detail
• Solid time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
• High school diploma or GED required

The base pay for this position is $11.50 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
