Expected Earnings: $75,000–$220,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses What You'll Do Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building. Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to identify their insurance needs. Recommend insurance solutions that help protect clients and their assets. Build long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up. Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals. Learn the operational, leadership, and business development skills needed to advance within the Farmers Insurance Protege Program. What We're Looking For 3+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills. Self-motivated with a competitive drive and strong work ethic. Comfortable prospecting and generating new business. Coachable with a desire for continuous professional growth. Property & Casualty License (or the ability to obtain one before employment). Valid driver's license.
