What You'll Do (Comprehensive Paid Training Included)
Client Engagement: Meet face-to-face with business owners and key decisionmakers.
Consultative Solutions: Present tailored employee benefits and insurance solutions to business accounts.
Account Management: Guide clients through enrollment and maintain ongoing relationship management.
Schedule Ownership: Manage your daily calendar of business appointments, presentations, and client follow-ups.
Professional Development: Participate in daily strategy meetings, hands-on field coaching, and leadership training sessions.
