Job Description
Title: Wound Ostomy RN

Schedule: Wednesday-Friday (block schedule required)

Requirements:
- Valid WA or Compact RN license
- National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy Certification (WOCN)
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- Epic charting experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide complex wound and ostomy care to patients across various age groups.
- Conduct wound assessments and implement management plans for pressure, neuropathic, venous, and arterial ulcers.
- Administer wound therapies, including the use of Wound VAC and various dressing types.
- Educate patients and families on ostomy care, wound care, and infection control practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient rehabilitation outcomes.
- Ensure documentation is maintained in accordance with facility standards and regulatory requirements.

Compliance / Notes:
- Compliance documents due the Monday prior to start
- Parking: No fee
- Scrub color: Any color allowed
