Job Description As VP, Specialized Finance Manager, TDS (US) in Transaction Banking & Payments, the Manager will report to the Senior Manager and play a critical role in shaping the finance workstream for the Transaction Banking Value Creation Plan – a high impact project across CBB, AMCB, and TDS. Responsibilities Provide financial/strategic oversight and value‑added expertise for the project. Act as a liaison to finance leads in the three impacted segments. Support financial planning, analysis, performance measurement and reporting. Contribute to the allocation of costs across the segments. Set up the GL structure for aggregated reporting and generate reporting on revenue, expenses, FTE, capital and leverage. Assist in financial forecasting and planning for the transformation programs. Create board and IR materials on financial performance. Monitor and support financial profitability of the program, including incremental revenue. Collaborate with treasury funds transfer pricing teams. Qualifications & Skills 7+ years of relevant experience; undergraduate degree required, postgraduate degree or professional designation (MBA, CFA, CPA) an asset. Knowledge of banking financial reporting systems such as Hyperion, FRS, PSGL and BI tools like Tableau, Alteryx. Strong analytical skills and ability to assess risk and challenge the status quo. Experience in CBB, AMCB, or project finance is preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to work through ambiguity. Teamwork and collaboration skills. Physical Requirements Relies on standard office work, occasional domestic travel, and general office equipment operation. Specific requirements include: Domestic travel – Occasional International travel – None Seated, standing, walking tasks – Continuous, occasional. Movement in confined spaces – Occasional. Lifting/carrying under 25 lbs – Occasional; over 25 lbs – None. Other tasks such as reading, writing, operating office equipment – Continuous.
