Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools to gather insightful data.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include individuals facing a diverse range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care that respects their individual experiences and perspectives. This role includes adapting therapeutic strategies to effectively meet the needs of clients in a remote setting, enhancing engagement and trust.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline.

• Active and valid New York State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Proven communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in digital platforms for telehealth service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in telehealth services or specialized training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care) will be preferred. Familiarity with various assessment tools and documentation practices is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
