Paid Media Manager (Promotion Program) Long Island City, New York

At WITHIN, we’re looking for professionals with 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media (paid social and/or paid search) who have worked directly on revenue optimization (ROAS, CPA and overall spend efficiency), including scaling campaigns profitably . You will be hired as a Digital Media Strategist , managing performance campaigns focused on revenue growth, while being trained to expand beyond execution into client strategy, communication, and leadership . You’ll gain exposure to high-growth brands, full-funnel performance marketing, and cross-channel strategy. Career Path Top performers will be promoted to Paid Media Manager within 6–12 months , depending on performance and growth speed.
