Inpatient Registered Nurse - Nights

We are seeking Registered Nurses for inpatient medicine roles to provide comprehensive care to acutely ill adult patients. Responsibilities include: assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care; promoting patient and family-centered care; educating patients about their conditions and post-treatment needs; ensuring safety and quality compliance; developing and communicating individualized care plans; and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Utilize critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers to involvement. Qualifications Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) Licenses & Certifications: RN license Experience: No experience required; less than 2 years preferred for advanced education Skills & Attributes: patient assessment, clinical prioritization, emergency response, interdisciplinary collaboration, strong communication, and commitment to safety.
