Clinical Nurse Consultant- Louisiana

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Clinical Nurse Consultant to serve as a clinical expert for hematology and oncology products across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The role involves building relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering clinical education, and optimizing patient outcomes through peer-to-peer interactions.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain clinical relationships with academic and community healthcare professionals in assigned territory
Deliver educational presentations and in-services on BMS hematology and oncology products using approved materials
Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR-T therapy sites initiating new patients
Monitor account data and treatment landscape to identify and address clinical education gaps
Collaborate with medical and commercial partners to support speaker programs and medical congress activities

Requirements

APP credential (DNP, APRN, NP, or CNS) or MSN or BSN degree
Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hematology or oncology
Current active nursing license
OCN certification
Nurse educator experience in biopharmaceutical industry preferred
Ability to travel 50-75% and work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Valid driver's license with clear driving record

Compensation: $142,710 - $172,927 base
