Clinical PharmacistLocation: Flower HospitalDepartment: PharmacyWeekly Hours: 40Status: Full timeShift: Variable (United States of America)Job Summary:As the Clinical Pharmacist, you provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, medical therapy management, drug information dissemination, and compliance with controlled substance regulations.In this role, you directly supervise pharmacy support personnel.The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive.Requirements:Pharm D degree or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experienceAbility to manipulate sterile and non-sterile products as needed for compounding, ability to utilize electronic health recordMust be a registered pharmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of the facility location or eligible for licensure in that state.Preferred Requirements:Prefer experience in hospital pharmacy services including unit dose, IV admixtures, and fielding provider questionsExperience in inpatient or acute careBLSProMedica is a mission-driven, not-for-profit health care organization headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.
