Olympic Psychology Services is a mental health group practice specializing in therapy and assessments. We have been around for nearly 20 years, serving the Tacoma and Washington State area. Role Description This is a contract hybrid Psychologist role based in Tacoma, WA, with the option to work partially from home. The Psychologist will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions, conducting psychological evaluations, providing therapy and counseling, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support clients' mental and emotional well-being. The position requires maintaining accurate documentation and upholding ethical standards in handling sensitive client information. The clinician will have a lot of autonomy in how they perform their duties, and a lot of support from the team if needed. Qualifications Expertise in core areas such as Psychology, Counseling, and Mental Health care, ensuring quality support and treatment for clients. Proficiency in working with teens or children is a major plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients. Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counseling, or related field) from an accredited institution. Active licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain licensure. Experience in mental health care or clinical settings, with familiarity in working with diverse populations. Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and confidentiality in client care.
