Pay Range: Targeted pay up to $24.18 hourly depending on experience.

Position Introduction:

The College of Nursing is seeking a highly organized student-centered professional who is passionate about helping students succeed and creating exceptional educational experiences. This position plays a vital role in supporting students throughout their academic journey from prospective student engagement and recruitment through graduation and program completion. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment the successful candidate will contribute to initiatives that enhance student success strengthen engagement and promote a culture of support belonging and academic excellence.

As a key member of the student services team this position serves as an important resource for current and prospective students by helping connect them with the information programs and services needed to achieve their educational goals. The role combines student support program coordination communication event management and administrative operations to ensure a seamless and positive experience for students across all nursing programs. Through strategic outreach and relationship-building this individual will help foster meaningful connections between students faculty staff and community partners.

The ideal candidate is an energetic professional who thrives on creating engaging experiences solving problems and supporting diverse student populations. This position offers the opportunity to design and coordinate student-focused programs contribute to recruitment and retention efforts develop communication and marketing initiatives and support activities that promote student engagement and success. The individual selected for this position will collaborate with offices across the university serve as a trusted point of contact for students and stakeholders and help advance the College of Nursings mission of preparing future healthcare professionals through high-quality educational experiences and comprehensive student support.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree.
• 12 months in student programming student services or closely related experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelors degree for a total of 60 months experience.

Department Preferences:

• 24 months in a higher education setting
• Experience with student programming student services or closely related experience
• Experience with event planning/management
• Experience with student information systems
• Experience with student communication
• Ability to engage in student recruitment and represent the institution to prospective students.
