Production Generalist: Juda, Wisconsin

Our customer in Juda, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Production Generalists to work full-time. As a Production Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting production of cheese products, monitoring equipment, testing, inspecting and providing feedback to leadership.

Responsibilities of the Production Generalist :

• Ensure cheese production processes are running efficiently and meet company and regulatory standards.
• Perform a variety of production duties including testing and inspecting.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting equipment and data entry.
• Assist with training programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Production Generalist Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum (1) year of related work experience and/or training, preferably in food manufacturing industry.
• Lift 20-50lbs.
• Able to work in humid, cold, and hot temperatures.
• Willingness to cross-train and work in multiple production areas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay for Production Generalist : $25.70/hour + differentials

Production Generalist Benefi ts:

Type: Full-time.

Schedule: When training on 1st shift hours are 8am-4:30pm for 6-8 weeks. Convert to 2nd shift to train others from 5pm-1:30am.
