About the Position

You will provide exceptional care to a diverse patient population. We maintain a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio. This ensures high-quality, personalized care in a supportive environment. A comprehensive orientation will be provided. You will deliver compassionate nursing care to patients with various medical conditions. Conditions include respiratory issues and surgical cases. You will monitor patients using telemetry. RNs are responsible for interpreting their own strips. Collaboration with a small team is essential. You will assist in outpatient infusions as needed. Experience in this area is preferred. Team-oriented candidates are encouraged to apply. A strong focus on thorough charting is essential. This commitment to quality care is vital. Lower patient ratios will be maintained to enhance care. Cancellation policy applies as per guidelines. Charting system utilized is Cerner.
