Closing Shift Manager (one weekend day a must) McDonald's is hiring a part‑time Closing Shift Manager (one weekend day a must). This role supports daily operations, oversees crew schedules, and ensures a high‑quality customer experience at the restaurant. Location: North Reading, MA Salary: $17.00–$19.00 per hour Responsibilities Lead crew scheduling and shift operations during closing hours. Inspire and empower crew and managers to deliver outstanding guest service. Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and McDonald's standards. Take actions to maintain safety, security, inventory, and profitability. Cultivate continuous learning and training within the restaurant. Drive a high level of performance and results from the team.
