We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Compensation: $19.00 per hour Key Responsibilities: Learns and maintains standards in food production and quality Expedites orders in a timely manner Practices excellent operational sanitation Executes scheduled banquet functions Maintains a professional relationship with fellow associates Helps reduce loss/waste Communicates equipment repair needs with chef Actively participates in training efforts Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Checks and dates all deliveries received and reports any variances to chef in charge Verifies that all coolers are at the proper temperatures and are cleaned on a daily basis Processes inventory requisitions and receives supplies as necessary for quality production Prepares the proper amount of food according to production or forecast sheets and production plans Prepares items in accordance with established recipes for a consistent product Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Culinary Degree and 2 years of culinary experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience ServSafe Certified preferred Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Time Off – Paid time off (PTO) and leaves of absence, in accordance with applicable law and eligibility criteria Additional Compensation – Eligibility for Service Charge, Employee Meals Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.
