What: Support monthly close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, manage commission reporting, load financial data into EPM, and assist with audits. When: Full-Time. This role also prepares internal and external reports, manages commission calculations and payments, and assists with audit and internal control processes.Key Responsibilities

- Perform monthly close duties including journal entries, reconciliations, and EPM data loads
- Manage commission reports and payments, including agreement review, calculations, and approvals
- Prepare internal and external financial reports
- Assist in maintaining internal controls
- Support external and internal audit processes
- Contribute to financial projects and process improvements
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and automated accounting systems
- ERP system experience required; JDE E1 a plus
- EPM experience preferred
- Strong computer and systems skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
