TruBlue of Franklin and Brentwood is looking for a Home Technician/Handyman to join our team in the Nashville territory and surrounding areas. The position involves on‑site client installation, repairs, and property maintenance. We are a Home Ally Service company dedicated to delivering premium handyman services with bonded and insured technicians. Our mission is to help people maintain the safety and value of their homes through assessments and regular maintenance. Responsibilities Drywall repair, patching, and caulking Flooring repair and installation General home repairs and handyman work Minor plumbing and electrical work Painting interior and exterior surfaces Bathroom upgrades and remodels Kitchen repair and remodel General carpentry General maintenance around a home Qualifications 5 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work Own reliable vehicle (van, truck, or SUV) in presentable condition Complete set of tools Valid driver’s license English speaking proficiency Legal U.S. citizenship Licensed tradesmen are encouraged to apply but are not required Experience with drywall, flooring, plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry What We Value Family – we treat everyone as part of our family Integrity – respect and open communication for all Trust – reliability and credibility through action Quality – pride in work, delivering the best value and customer experience Compensation will be based on experience, professionalism, and client relations.
