QUALITY ENGINEER I or II
LEVEL I:
- Estimated annual base pay: $62,000.00(minimum) - $81,000.00(midpoint) - $99,000.00(maximum)
LEVEL II
- Estimated annual base pay: $75,000.00(minimum) - $97,000.00(midpoint) - $120,000.00(maximum)

LEVEL I
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Quality Inspections: Perform routine inspections of products and processes to ensure adherence to established quality standards.
- Document Inspection Results: Accurately record and maintain detailed reports of quality assessments and findings.
- Assist in Quality Improvement: Support senior quality engineers in implementing and monitoring quality improvement initiatives.
- Analyze Standard Issues: Utilize existing procedures to evaluate quality data and identify recurring problems.
- Maintain Quality Procedures: Follow standardized quality control procedures to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.

- Quality Assurance Procedures: Knowledgeable in executing standard quality assurance protocols to maintain product standards.
- Data Collection: Skilled in gathering relevant data for quality assessment and reporting purposes.
- Technical Documentation: Proficient in creating and maintaining detailed quality documentation and records.

Successful Candidates Typically Have:
LEVEL I:
- Associate's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Operations
- 1-3 years' experience in quality, manufacturing, engineering, or operations
LEVEL II
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Operations, or related field
- 3-5 years' experience in Aerospace Quality or regulated manufacturing, technology, operations related field
