Project / Program Manager

Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager III in Bellevue, WA. Key Tasks:

• Responsible for the coordination and completion of temporary and permanent power deployment projects across Amazon fulfillment network
• Oversees all aspects of multiple concurrent projects spanning utility upgrades, natural gas generator installations, switchgear deployments, and air permitting across multiple states
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of the program
• Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of all projects
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Performs a variety of tasks ranging from technical design review to vendor negotiations to regulatory compliance
• Leads and directs the work of contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected to solve complex power infrastructure challenges across diverse site conditions and regulatory environments
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department
• Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in power infrastructure, electrical systems, or a related area
• Must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
