HVAC Install Lead

SWAN Loveland is hiring an HVAC Install Lead to run residential installation projects for furnaces, AC systems, and heat pumps. You’ll supervise helpers, ensure safe, code-compliant installs, and deliver honest, high-quality service in customers’ homes. Responsibilities include equipment setting, duct and vent connections, start-up, performance checks, and clear communication with homeowners. Work with a customer-first, safety-focused team that provides ongoing technical training, support toward certifications, and advancement opportunities into senior or leadership roles.
