The focus of the Service Advisor is to recommend proper vehicle care to our valued customers and explain the value of maintaining their vehicles for optimal performance. Power Dealer of Excellence and Volkswagen Wolfsburg Crest Club Awards. What you\'ll be doing Greeting customers and discussing their vehicle repair and maintenance concerns. Directing the customer’s vehicle to an experienced technician and consulting with the technician about needed repairs/services. Informing customers of any changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up. Responsible for communication with the customer as to the status of their vehicle from onset through delivery. Answering customer questions about their vehicle service and applicable warranty coverage. Advising the customer and coming up with a plan for their vehicle in the short and long term of the customer’s needs. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience. Requirements What we\u2019re looking for Must-haves: 2+ years of previous dealership Service Advisor experience is required; Volkswagen and/or import experience preferred. CDK proficiency preferred. Phenomenal follow-up skills. Strong desire to engage with the customer and ensure they have a positive experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills. High energy and positive attitude.
