Job Title: Dishwasher (Hourly). Location: Thrive Senior Living. Reports To: Executive Chef / Convivium Director. Job Summary Thrive Senior Living is looking for a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our dining team. This hourly position plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen, ensuring our residents enjoy high-quality meals in a safe and sanitary environment. Key Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following health and safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area. Assist with kitchen cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash. Ensure proper storage of clean dishes and kitchen tools. Assist with food prep or other kitchen duties as needed. Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Work efficiently to support kitchen staff during meal service. Qualifications & Requirements Previous experience as a dishwasher or kitchen assistant preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
